Hi! I’m Nicole (she/her).
I have been a licensed real estate agent in the Denver Metro area since 2017. Understanding contracts, processes, and procedures has always been extremely important to me as a professional. I routinely take CE courses to understand and recertify my understanding of real estate contracts, and when I taught pre-licensing classes, these were my favorite sections to teach.
Prior to being a real estate agent, I was “brought up” in the world of marketing, advertising, and project management - but not as a creative. I was in Traffic/Production management where I created and maintained systems to keep Account Reps and the Creative Team in sync, and deliverables on schedule. Using these skills helps me to ensure that steps don’t get skipped, road blocks are predicted before they are reached, and the process is smooth for all clients.
As your Transaction Coordinator, I am happy to fit myself into your existing processes. I can also help you develop new systems and processes if you find you’re not working as efficiently as you could!
As someone who is multi-neurodiverse, as is my family, I am comfortable (and skilled at) working with many different styles of communication and organization.
